Natraj Shanker is a retired manufacturing and business strategy consultant. He focuses on Industry 4.0 or the next revolution in manufacturing, based on digital technology. He is on the board of the Rotary Club of Milwaukee, Shorewood Mens Club, Peace Learning Center of Milwaukee and the Badgerland Bluegrass Music Association. He resides in Shorewood. He aspires to make a positive contribution to IESI in the areas of supporting its growth and expanding its impact on local manufacturing jobs.
