Ms. Joann Estes-Earl has had the honor of working at all four of the MATC’s Campuses; House of Correction, Milwaukee County Jail, and several Community Based Organizations. Estes-Earl is a certified MATC Instructor with Certification in the areas of Communication, English, ESL and Reading. Estes-Earl holds a Bachelors in Business Management, Masters in Education Curriculum and Instruction.
